For tier 1 G ILR, Do I have to provide this document

Post by ldbright » Tue Jun 04, 2013 11:07 pm

Do I have to provide the approval letter from the initial application?

I know it is better to prove it but is it an essential document? Has anyone heart people been refused due to not provide the approval letter?

Many thanks!

It is not needed as the caseworker must have the details of your initial application in its system.
Please donot send PM. Write in open forum to facilitate others too.
