speeding + no insurance + disqualified - ILR ???

Post by jumpstart17253 » Wed Jun 05, 2013 12:08 am

Hello everyone here,

This is my case ,

(before 2 years) 3 points - speeding 39 in 30 road - 60£ fine
(withing 2 years) 6 points - driving(riding) without insurance - 200£ fine
(withing 2 years) 3 points - speeding 37 in 30 road - 60£ fine

reached 12 points - was disqualified - 365£ fine from magistrates court.

- banned for 4 months

- license returned by dvla with tt99 code (totting up ban).

have done
CRB basic - came Clean
PNC check - came Clean

- have got appointment booked this month.

Should I apply for ILR ?

Your help will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

You will need to declare fines for the motoring convictions.

Hi Ban s

I read that, but on the form they have mentioned specifically and clearly that you can omit any parking and speeding offences. the text on the form is as below

You must give details of all unspent and spent criminal convictions. This includes road traffic offences but not fixed penalty notices (such as speeding or parking tickets) unless they were part of a sentence of the court. This includes all drink-driving offences.

and D4109125 i apologise for two threads but i have explained earlier why this is so, is there a way to delete one?

The whole issue boils down to whether or not the non-custodial conviction is recorded on your criminal record. Perhaps get professional advice from an oisc registered advisor.
