Query on Set(O) Form - SECTION 6 - IMMIGRATION HISTORY

I am applying for ILR via Tier-1(General Route) with 150 days absence out of which 40 days are unpaid

In section 6.2, do I need to mention the reason for each absences.

If yes
(1) What should I say for 40days unpaid leave? :- This was the waiting period before I started to work with new employer. Shall I mention the reason as "time off before the start with new employer") Any proof required in this case.

(2) For Annual leaves taken when employed, should I give the reason as "Annual Leave" or can I give actual reason like family visit etc.

Also, I am not ticking any options under 6.3 & not providing absence letter from employer since the absences over 5year period is well below limit ie 150 days. Will this be Ok?
