Hi
I came to UK in Aug 2008 on work permit basis.I got my Tier 1 General in Oct 12 2009. What i found is that my employer did not pay tax and NI for this work permit period. My employer gave me P60 and i got Tier 1 on the basis of that. Now i am eligible for ILR in Aug 2013. I was self employed from Nov 2009 to May 2011. I was paying NI and tax. Then i switched to permanent job.So i have P60 for the last 2 years. My Tier 1 general is valid upto Oct 2014.
I have bank statements & salary slips for work permit period.
Should i go for ILR in Aug 2013 or Sep 2014 ?
Please can senior members/moderators comment on what should i do ?

Yo
Read a post yesterday that at Solihull PEO ,CW has told an applicant that they get all the P 60 information on their screen. So you have to decide which is the best date to go for your ILR.

Hi,
My tier 1 is valid till October 2014. If i go for ILR in Aug 2013 and if my ILR is refused, will my Tier 1 visa valid ? or I will have to fly back to my home country.I need to take a chance because of some personal issues. And i have applied for employment history.
