My fiance is an irregular migrant as in he was brought into the uk as a child on the pretence of a "holiday" his parents never registered him as a child in the uk. He has therefore never had any status in the UK.
He has been here 8 years in a sort of limbo. He only found out he had immigration issues after he turned 18.
He went to highschool here, lives with me and has no ties to south africa. We are applying for him to stay and work etc on the following basis:
"Irregular migrants who have lived less than 20 years in the UK
In force from the 9th July 2012. If you are an irregular migrant and you has lived in the UK for less than 20 years and you do not have any ties of any kind with your motherland, you may regularize your immigration status in the UK."
What form do we use? We are seeing our lawyer next week but would like to know this asap so we can start hunting down our evidence.
