MN1 Professional Reference - address issue

Hello,

I have seen a health visitor today to sign my child's professional reference. Health Visitor is willing to provide all her details on the form except her home address. Instead, she is okay to write Health Centre address (where she is based) and she has been working there for over three years.

Please can a senior member advise if health visitor work address is acceptable?
