My tier2 general sponsor organization A is splitting and transferring some of the business to another organization B (owned by same owner and located in same address). Company B was registered in 2011 and since than it was in Dormant. Company B started business beginning of this year and start owning some of the assets of sponsored company A. I am working for Company A for more than one year under T2 General visa.
Now they said, they want to keep the both companies for a time being but in future they might liquidate or close sponsored company. They want me to work for them which ever company.
I need your advise what should I do? As the chances are that they might liquidate sponsored company A, Should Company B apply for sponsor licence now. Or Company B should wait and run business at least 6/12 months to make sure sponsor licence application will not be rejected? and should have enough business in books.
OR
I should keep working for company A at the moment and later I would transfer to company B? Do Company B need to run labor market test before taking me over?
When is the best time to apply for sponsor Licence for company B?
What will be the easy and smooth way to transfer of my employment from company A to company B?
Do sponsored company A need to tell UKBA about this split now? or later they can transfer my employment to new company B and give thier licence for company A. As I am the only one immigrant working for this company.
I have read some information from this ukba link. but it is not much clear.
