Family Visitor Visa - Occupation Question Doubt - Pls Help

Question in the form says -
Q: Have you ever worked for any organisation of a type (state or non-state)
listed below?

A: Yes, she has worked in a State Govt. job and is going to retire on 30th June, 2013.

But, what should I fill in the VISA form? She wants to come on 10th July and VISA appointment would be on/after 10th June, 2013. Can we mark "Retired" or "Supported by Spouse" (in previous question i.e. current personal circumstances). And, for the above question, I will say, yes, she has worked in Govt. Then, in the "Additional Info" section 8, I can explain that this month she will be retiring ?

If I say full-time employment, then that does not makes sense because she has to go through hassles of obtaining NOC, etc... (just before few days of retirement).
