TIER 2

Post by sarvenay » Fri Jun 07, 2013 11:11 am

I Have been working for a company for the last 4 years as an IT Manager

I have applied for an extension on the same code which was soc 2000 -1136

My salary is 31k

The application was made before 6th April 2013 when the new code 2010 was enforce.

My application has been refused reason the salary is not appriopriate to the code.

My 2010 application was successful on the same code.

Please advised
Thanks

If your application was made before 06 April 2013, then you stay with SOC 2000 codes.

However, according to SOC 2000-1136, the salary for an IT manager is 44,700 GBP.
you have given your salary as 31k.

How much was your salary while you made your 2010 application? did you pro-rate this down?
