Draft Letter to MP_6 Months Waiting Crossed

Hi,
I realise writing a letter to MP is not simple. I tried to draft a letter to my MP since I already marked 6 months criteria but my draft did not go well. I admit I am not very well in this area.

Can anyone post their draft letter so that I take a zest of it and modify accordingly?
