Name on Naturalization certificate

Hi I have some important question to ask regarding about Naturalization form.

Q 1.5- Surname
Q 1.6- First Names
Q 1.7- If Given name spelling is different from one on the passport etc or birth name etc

Q1.8- Any other name known by

Now My question is if someone name is Romana Dan Iscariot (Linda)

And surname is Iscariot and first names is "Romana Dan" and other names known by "Linda"

Actually her existing passport came as

Name- Romana Dan Iscariot (Linda) but on ILR visa it came as Romana Dan Iscariot Linda (no bracket in ILR )

So In the form She will fill Up
1.5- Iscariot
1.6- Romana Dan
1.7- Nothing as she is not given wrong spelling or anything
1.8- Linda ( As linda is her nickname )

So how it will come on Naturalization Certificate

In her PR vintage sticker it came as "Romana Dan Iscariot Linda "

Now my question is How it will came on naturalization certificate and in her marriage certificate it came as Romana Dan Iscariot otherwise also known by Romana Dan Iscariot Linda

And on her Life in the Uk test certificate her name came as Romana Dan Iscariot as on her Biometric card HO didnt put Linda but on ILR HO put full name. Linda is her nickname but as her country allow to put nickname under bracket so she done that and she explained this things to HO but on ILR still they putted full name but even though Linda was not on her Life in the UK test but that was not an problem as it was not also on her biometric card when she was on work permit visa but now as HO issued her ILR almost 2 yrs back and it was vintage sticker so they put linda there .

Anyone have any idea how her name come will on naturalization certificate and will it make any problem as Linda is not on her life in the UK test but it was not on biometric as well but it is always on her passport but in bank and everywhere else she use her surname Iscariot. So please any suggestions or comments is welcome, thank you.
