Invalid Application - Rfund of Fees

Hi Guys,

I have a query about refund of fees. I have made a Tier 2 general application. If my application id considered invalid , do I need to pay the application fees again or do I get a refund.

Also will I need to pay the Sponsor Application fees again??

It depends on why your application would become invalid.

Why do you think it is?

It might be due a wrong photograph format. Could you show me link where the rules for refund of fees are for Tier 2 on the UKBA website?
