URGENT! Spouses applying at the same time for tier 4

Hello friends.
I have a very important question.
My husband and I are applying to study in the UK. My husband is admitted to study a postgraduate MA (1 year length) and I'm admitted to study a undergraduate BA (3 years length). A student advisor tell us that we can't apply like this because the length of the courses are not the same and the grades are not equal.
I know that I can't ask my husband for dependent because I'm applying for a undergraduate, and we know that he can ask for me as his dependent. Is is a problem at the moment of the approval of the visa? What should we do? We are about to make the appointment for the Visa, but this bring us a really big concern and we don't know what we should do

I dont see any problem, if you and him qualify 4 t4 and have enough funds etc it should be fine.

Since you both are applying as the main applicants of tier 4 then both will be subject to tier 4 criteria and as long as you both fulfill criteria you will get visa. However, for becoming the dependant the main applicant need to join postgraduate level course at HEI institute such as universities. It will entirely depend on your budget either you both come on tier 4 and switch to dependant visa later or do the same now.
