TIER 1 (General) Dependant

Hi Guys,

I am filling TIER 1 (General) dependant form and came across a confusing section which is Section N.

N1 ask about relationship if we select first option which is SPOUSE - go to N2,
and then N3.

N3 asks; Do you intend to live with your spouse throughout your time in the UK, its simple question

N5 asks; Do you intend to live with THEM throughout your stay in the UK??

My question is in N5,

Who refers to THEM?

If THEM refers to SPOUSE then what is the difference between N3 and N5?

Please guide me.
