Dependent Visa Application - NO Object Certificate

Hi ,

I am planning to convert my Tier 2 ICT Visa to a dependent of Tier 2 General from India. I am currently working in UK & I intend to go back to UK using a dependent Visa. Is a No objection certificate needed from employer at the time of applying for this visa.

You need no documents from your current sponsor/employer but they must inform UKBA when they stop sponsoring you under T2 ICT.
