Problems with filling the application

Post by kruella » Sun Jun 09, 2013 12:29 pm

Hello,
Could you please advice what date I should put on my application at this point:

1.3 Please say when you were given indefinite leave to enter/remain in the UK

I cam into the UK in January 2006. Date of issue on my Worker Registration Scheme is 29th March 2006.
I have been working all this time.
I am Polish.

I think I should put 29th March 2011,but not sure.

Thanks a lot

Form AN wrote:1.3 Please say when you were given indefinite leave to enter/remain in the UK (not necessary if you are a Commonwealth citizen with right of abode in the United Kingdom). If you are an EEA national, a Swiss national or a family member of an EEA or Swiss national you should read pages 8-10 of the Booklet AN.
What does pages 8-10 of the Booklet AN say?

Actually, I think you should read pages 14-15.

The answer is probably 29 March 2011.
