Tier2 (ICT) to ILR

Hi,

Whether i am eligible for Tier2 ILR or not with following visas
I entered UK on Jun 2009(Tier 2 – ICT Migrant) and now I have Tier 2 – ICT Long Term staff)

No changes in employer

1 Tier 2 – ICT Migrant (Jun-2009 to Jan-2010)
2 Tier 2 – ICT Established Staff (Jan-2010 to Aug-2010)
3 Tier 2 – ICT (Aug-2010 to Jan-2011)
4 Tier 2 – ICT Long Term staff (Jan-2011 to Jan-2012)
5 Tier 2 – ICT Long Term staff (Jan-2012 to Dec-2014)

I would like to know will I be eligible for ILR in Jun-2014.

Thanks for the reply Amber. Can you please clarify What does this recent period means under point 7.


The applicant must have spent a continuous period of 5 years lawfully in the UK,
of which the most recent period must have been spent with leave as a Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) migrant,

Your latest extension was under Tier 2 which it is, is it not?

Yes my last extension is Tier 2 ICT long term valid till 2014 i have given all my visa extensions as stated below.

Am i eligible for changing sponsor for Tier 2 General ?
