Can I switch to tier4 from tier4 dependant in country?

Post by favour » Sun Jun 09, 2013 7:44 pm

Is it possible for me to switch in country from tier4dependant to tier 4? I read the rules and tier4dependant is not listed, but, my course is due to start in September but I will be having a baby end of July, I'm therefore unable to travel to my home country.
My husband may be unable to extend his own student visa. So we are considering me applying for tier4 as a backup plan. We cant. think of any other option.

Your advice will be appreciated. Thank you.
