Can you all please post the following in this thread:

(1): Grounds of Refusal

(2): Appeal Oral/written ?

(3): HO's representative came in court or not>

(4): What legal grounds have been raised in court by your solicitor/barrister with regards to refusals>

(5): What was the final determination of Judge?
