Habitual Residency test exempt?

Hi I am a Brit having returned to UK having exersized treaty rights as a self employed person and come back with my non eea family Im sure i saw a link here that I am exempt for habitual residency test

It was a link to a cab site but i cant find it here or on their site any help appreciated
