Director Loan Sample agreement

Hello guys-

Can anyone please share a director loan agreement that has been used for successful visa application. We need it for extension.

There are numerous types of agreements available with my accountant.

but why I ask, is because all of them have a repayment schedule present in them(Any loan should have one.)

But Since the UKBA wants you to invest the money completely( unsecured, subordinated in the favor of third party creditors), and in principle does not want you to take it out.

I was wondering if having a repayment schedule will create an issue ?

Hello Everyone,

I am currently on Tier 1 PSW and would like to switch to Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa.

Could anybody please suggest a reliable and a good solicitor who will be able to help me out throughout the whole process. I understand I will need a business plan and market research so I am hoping that it would be better to go through a solicitor than on my own.

Please suggest.

Hi guys,
I got a visa on 28/09/2012. I sent this Director Loan agreement letter to UKBA. I hope this will help all of you.

Director's loan to (Your Company Name)
Lender: (Your Name)
Loan: (£ Amount)

I, (Name) director of XYZ Company do hereby agree to lend (Amount) to XYZ Company.

This loan is interest-free, unsecured and subordinated in favour of third-party creditors of the company. The loan is repayable after one year.

There are two type of investment is mentioned in entrepreneur policy guidance page.22

. Share Capital:
If you have invested by way of share capital the business accounts must show the shareholders, the amount and value of the shares (on the date of purchase)

. Directors Loan:
you can make investment in the form directors loan.
