Hello Everyone,

I am currently on Tier 1 PSW and would like to switch to Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa.

Could anybody please suggest a reliable and a good solicitor who will be able to help me out throughout the whole process. I understand I will need a business plan and market research so I am hoping that it would be better to go through a solicitor than on my own.

i have transferred 50000 pound from personal to company account and i want to show as director loan as i seen in this website some people says we need to show director loan in liability and equity section in balance sheet in annual accounts. help please if you have any knowledge?

Please can someone explain about the Director Loan Agreement.I know its one of type of investment mentioned in the guideline for the Tier 1 entrepreneur extension applicants.

So can we use it as an investment and how.

I always transferring the money into my business account from my current account in chunks like 10k and some time 5K....and put in the reference during online transaction as investment.

Am i doing anything wrong...Please can someone throw light on it....

I got some investment from back home .I dont know some one complainted against me. I received a email from home office. they are investigating. I have two concerns please when I applied for visa I told HO that I will do HR consultancy. But I start doing a furniture retail shop. My 10 years compleating in september. My concerns are

can I change the business without telling HO?

if I apply ILR in september will they ask any thing about my enterprenure visa?

I even did not opened the business account for the company on which I got enterprenure visa because started a new business?

Please help guys give me some advice I am very much disturbed
