psw dependent switching to Tier 4

Post by katushal88 » Mon Jun 10, 2013 2:11 pm

Hi,
I am currently on PSW dependent visa (i am from Ukraine) which experies in december 2013. I would like to switch to Tier 4 to study in university and in this case my husband could be my dependent. Do i need to leave UK to apply for Tier 4 and does my husband should leave UK to apply as my dependant? Can i do it while i am still on PSW dependant visa? Many thanks in advance.

Thank you for your answer. Do I need to take IELTS in my country or can I do it here, in UK. Can I apply while I am still on PSW dependant visa? Thanks in advance.

Your PSW Dependent visa won't be effected.
