Want to use the medium to thank everyone that has answered my questions and replied to my questions whilst applying for EEA3&EEA4,application received 8th of April,COA received 15th of April,Resident Card received 8th of June...Was quite shocked how fast application was processed...to those who are expecting theirs,best of luck...THANKS ALL...

It would be useful for other members if you can list what evidence you have sent as proof of treaty rights and residence.

I assume you didn't apply for the UK born children (who are less than 5 years old) but you plan to register them as British now.

The evidence i submitted are as follows
Me and my wife's P60's for 5 years
Yearly Council Tax and Water Bill for 5 years
Pay slips for each year,not monthly just each for a year
Workers registration scheme certificate
Letter from me and my wife's employers
Any further information am opened to answer any questions
Yes Jambo,i will my registering my Kids as British Citizen

This is the 2nd good report of quick processing times i've heard of in the last month.

Perhaps this is the UKBA's last ditch attempt to avoid going down in the books as an utterly incompetent government department.

would you please specifically mention any other supporting document other than marriage certificate and above mentioned docs in the above text. you must have sent both passports as well.

I did apply with both passports and sent to EEA4 address as a combined application,we both received passports on same envelope addressed to my wife...As regards to the documents used in applying,P60's 5 years,Council Tax 5years,Water Bill 5 years,Workers Registration Certificate,pay slips for each year but not monthly just one of each for 5 years,marriage certificate and letter from Employers...
