Refusal...then made new application & new fees paid agai

I have already lost money in my last application as i hv paid home office fees and accountant and solicitor.

I made another application with new visa fees on day before yesterday...


plz plz plz guys pray for me that i will get visa...

he reason for refusal is they didnt give me any points of earnings (25) and uk experience (5)...

its all because of my bloody Accountant made a silly mistakes in account...

he did count gross income from self employed +gross income from employment

and on top of that he showed nearly £8,000 expense..

according to the rule they count gross income from employment and net income from self employment...

my case is totally f***ed up....i hv met solicitor and he said that i hv to make new fresh application bcoz there is no ground of appeal though it wasnt my mistake....

solicitor said that still i can make fresh application as my visa has expired on 13th of may and i hv genuine reason (28 days)...

i sent my new application on 5th of june and they received on 7th of june.

yesterday i received acknowledgment letter... but i m still worried...

is my previous refusal gonna effect my new application ??
