How to go for the appeal against of refusal?

Post by nish_patel7 » Mon Jun 10, 2013 8:11 pm

Hi,
I want to appeal against the decision of the refusal on the grounds of bank letters, third party declaration (my sign is not there), and company's bank account not submitted with my application.

My question is the form which ukba has sent to me for the appeal is very simple to fill should i go for it myself or solicitor is must?

And also please guide me if you suggest i should go without solicitor

Thanks

IMO,It all depends on how confident you are really! I personally have done my research and also gathering evidence for my appeal hearing..I have been to a traffic court before in the past where I had to stand in front of 4 judges to explain my case which I eventually won! (Driving without insurance :D )

If you can afford to pay 700-1k for an appeal, I would advise you to use a OISC approved lawyer! If not just take the Bull by the horn..Remember, the judges are only human and don't work for the Almighty Home Office/UKBA!
IMpossible is 2 letters to long!

I would suggest to go with a solicitor and speak to him on what grounds is he going to challege the UKBA decision. See some of his previous works on the same situation. Any more suggestions PM me.
