My PSW finishing february 2014. to be honest i have honest intention to do business but unfortunately i dont have 50k in my account.. i can show maximum 20k cash in my account.

my parents are british . my dad got restaurent in UK. he wants to transfer whole of his business in my name and he will remain a land lord. is it possible to get the visa by showing remaining 30K in business in my name. please let me know. it will be really helpful for me

READ POLICY GUIDANCE it will answer loads of questions and as far as I know if you want to do 50k route than you need atleast NQF level 4 or above business but restaurant business is not NQF level 4, but you can certainly apply for Tier 1 visa and can be a restaurant owner but you will need to apply under 200 k category.

so my suggestion don't just look for solution on the forum first read policy guidance in details as it will help you answering loads of question itself.
