Wonder if someone can give some pointers. My employer is struggling to get concise answers out of the UKBA.
I got my visa issued earlier this year (application was made last year within the 3 month period of being allocated the licence).
They renewed their allocation as 1 on the SMS but when they log on it shows as 1 still available. When they call up my details it says used. My visa was granted before April when they had to renew their allocation.
Can someone tell me if the SMS should still be saying 1 available? I thought it would be showing 1 allocated and 0 available. The UKBA keep saying no it because they have allocated a certificate to me in the last years quota it will just show that we requested for 1 certificate and that is why it shows as 1. This doesn't really make sense to anyone. Can someone clarify this? Thanks
