Spouse Visa and English Language Test

Hi I need to apply for my Wife's Spouse Visa.
She has done Masters (MSc) and I have heard if any one has done a Degree (taught in English) they don't need to take the English language test ie IELTS. If thats true ? Then Would the Degree will be sufficient or should I submit the Qualification Comparability letter from UK NARIC as well ?

That's correct. You will need to submit the Qualification Comparability letter from UK NARIC.
