Has anyone appealed a refusal decision and won

My Entrepreneur visa was refused on the basis that my name was no available in the advertisement, despite the fact that everything else was perfect.

I did not have the right to re apply again, as by the time my refusal letter came to me, my existing leave to remain had lapsed for more than 28 days.

This meant my only course of action was to appeal, I lodged my appeal in March and got an oral hearing date in July.

Was wondering if anyone had appealed a similar issue and won, or appealed anything and won!

Any information posted in this thread or in private would be much appreciated
