RETURNING TO ENTREPRENEUR VISA

Hello everyone,
I would appreciate if you can help.

2009-2012 I HAD AN ENTREPRENEUR VISA. But due to many factors I could not invest at that time.

2012 upto now I am on Sole Representative visa representing an oversea company here in the UK. Now I have good idea for investment and have full amount of 200K.

I am aware that I have to mention and make a list about my previous visa history by entering Visa numbers in an application form.

Question is> If I apply for ENTREPRENEUR visa again, would UKBA question about my previous ENTREPRENEUR visa? Actual Investment at that time and so on...?
