applying on behalf of a minor child

hi everyone

does anyone know how long does it take for an application on behalf of a minor to be approved??

What application!!? Being specific is crucial!. If you mean Naturalisation, then it takes less than 3 months for a straight forward application to be approved.

thanx for ur reply i'm sorry i didn't mention that it is a naturalisation application
and do u have an idea if the minor child has a refugee status how many years he should be resident in the state is it 3 or 5 years?? bcoz in the application form is so misleading

As far as I know, all granted Asylum Seekers has to reside in the State for 3 years only to be eligible for naturalisation application.

I got my kid's Naturalisation approval today.
Date Applied : 23rd May 2013
Acknowledgement : 10th June 2013
Date of Approval: 12th August 2013
Date of Naturalisation cert received:
