EEA Family permit as self-employed

Please, guys l need help, l just start my self-employed business a month ago in UK, and l intend bring my wife from Belgium to assist me(we have been married now for 3 year with 2 year ago child). my wife is not a Belgian citizen but hold a Belgian resident card. So my question now is what document do l need and how do l apply. Thanks for you help

If you have not lived in the UK for more than three months, you do not need to show that you are self-employed.

l have been in UK for 3 years, and the business is just one month.

In that case, evidence of your self-employment would be required.
