Changes to SOC Code

Hi

I please tell me from 01 July 2013 new immigration rules comes in effect. I want to apply under Business Development Officer for Tier 2 General and my appointment is on 03 July 2013. and I saw on changes they delete some SOC . is it effect on my application ?
