Tier2 (General) Dependant Visa Queries

Hi. I am in UK with Tier2(General) Visa. My wife is in India & I want to bring her on Dependant Visa. Can you please tell me where can I find a Visa application form for my Wife's Dependant Visa.

Also, I am maintaining funds in my UK Bank account of £900(For me) + £600(For my Wife as I have no Children) = £1500. Is this Sufficient. And do my wife need to show any funds in the Indian Bank account apart from what I am showing in my UK Bank account.

And What are all the Documents should I submit along with my wife's visa application??

As I am going to mention my COS number in her application form, do I still need to submit my COS as a paper document(hard copy). And do I need to submit my Payslips??

your UK funding's are sufficient provided they have been maintained continuously for 90 days. UK bank statements are sufficient. Pay slips are not necessary.

The number is sufficient. There is no hard copy for CoS. UKBA will pull up the details based on your CoS number.
