Tier 1 General Dependent query from Pakistan Very Urgent

Post by insafpk » Wed Jun 12, 2013 7:18 pm

Dear All,

I am applying for Dependent Visa for my wife from Pakistan. I have submitted the online application and I have This Friday appointment to submit documents.

My wife name on Passport and Marriage Certificate is Meryum while on her Masters certificate it is spelled as Meryam. Will it be any problem when case worker will see different spelling on these documents. I have used Meryum to fill online application form. I am really worried if it will have any impact of decision/outcome of Visa.

Her Intermediate certificate shows the name Meryum and I can submit that but again will there be any problem to show just intermediate certificate rather than Masters. Do case worker consider application on education basis?

Please guys I need your urgent help and response as II have to submit documents on Friday's appointment. Seniors did you came across any situation like this or anyone else have gone through this.

Please Please urgent reply will be really helpful.

Many thanks,

insafpk

can anyone please reply my question above. My wife has an appointment tomorrow and i dont want to waste time if this will be rejected on this basis.

Should I fill another form and take another appointment or will it be safe by doing the same form.

Please Please Please Reply.

Insafpk, y do u need to submit her masters certificate? Is it mandatory? If not then I would say dont send it. (Its my personal thinking). Plz keep us informed once u have applied. Hope u get the visa granted. It also depends on the casework he/she might not notice.

Late in replying, how did it go ?

There is no requirement of the degree for the dependant. It is a good practice to correct any mistakes in the name as per NADRA/MRP in all documents.
