The Average Time Now taken For A Decision On Asylum Claims

Post by sn.chowdhury » Wed Jun 12, 2013 7:40 pm

Hi

I'm writing on behalf of one my friend who is very much in need. She would like to claim asylum here but

just wanted to know how long it usually takes now to get a decision on a straightforward asylum claims. The current home office info says it takes about 30 days for an initial decision. Anyone can share their experience please? One of my friend received the decision on the 5th week but was refused.

Many many thanks in advance.
