Can my wife apply with me same time for ILR

Post by Sam Kaz » Wed Jun 12, 2013 7:42 pm

Hi,
I am on Tier 1 general and my 5 years will be completing May 2015, but I am going to apply ILR on the basis of Long Residency.

My 10 years are completing on 10th December 2013, but my wife is here with me since 8.5 years, her 10 years will be completing in June 2015.

Question:

Can my wife apply with me same time for ILR? or she will have to wait for her 10 years completion?

Either apply together if you wait to qualify as a PBS. If not, your wife should change to flr(m) then apply for settlement set(m) as soon as she qualifies, likely immediately after being granted flr(m).
