MN1 first.

You cannot get a passport unless you are British.

Your child born in the UK prior to either parent being settled is now entitled to register a British by virtue of section 1(3) of the British Nationality Act as you're now settled. Once she has successfully registered she can apply for a passport.

You and your wife will have to naturalise when you qualify before you can get British passports.

MN1 for the child and AN for adults.

Not that it matters now but were you aware that if you don't have any travel plans for the next few months, you could have skipped her ILR application? ILR is not required for UK born children if applying for registration as BC.
