It is really an unsual situation that as per your 1st paragraph you and your solicitor has confirmed that some package has been sent to you on 30th may which you not received. Whereas 2nd paragraph is suggesting that they will make decision very soon.
Maybe the assumption as per 2nd paragraph is correct and that is why you not received your package or maybe they have sent you something else relating to case but not the whole documents because of not being reached at decision.
