Same day service....a big challenge

Post by karwan1 » Thu Jun 13, 2013 8:44 am

Dear all,

I would be very very grateful if you could help me with this question. I am trying to book a same day service on behalf of my wife how will apply for ILR. Her 2 years probationary residence at the UK would be 16/10/13, BUT, and it is a big but, her spouse visa will expire on the 18/10/13. Now this is my problem, when I try to book an appointment, am I allowed only and only to apply from 16/10/13 (means only 2-3 days would be left before her visa expire on 18/10/13) ? if you could help me in this regards I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

You can apply 28 days before the two years probationary period. It is mentioned in the UKBA guidelines for partner's settlement. cheers.
