ILR Due in July 2013

I entered the country in July 2008 on HSMP visa (changed to Tier 1 in 2010 during extension) and due for ILR this year. I have booked appointment on 5th July 2013 for me (main applicant), spouse and child (UK born), both are on Tier 1 Dependant visas.
1) Reading all the previous posts, I understand that I dont need to include for my child's visa as she is born in UK, I can directly apply for citizenship once we receive ILR. Please confirm.
2) I stayed out of the country for total of 207 days from 2008 until 2013. But based on the new rules of absence out of the country I think this should not be an issue. Please confirm. I am providing the break up of my leaves below.
2012 - 2013: 61
2011 - 2012: 28
2011 - 2012: 7
2011 - 2010: 43
2010 - 2009: 44
2009 - 2008: 24
3) During my extension in 2010, my application was rejected due to insufficient funds, however I had funds in another account which I had not provided earlier. My application was successfully extended later. Due to this issue, will they acknowledge my application for same day service ? I dont want to send my document through postal. Please advise.
4) I had booked appointment for 3 people, however since my child does not need to go thru the ILR route, I will need to cancel her appointment. What is the procedure to cancel the appointment for just 1 person ? Or should I go there and then mention that the application is just for 2 of us
