WANT TO GO JUDICIAL REVIEW

Post by Mane123 » Fri Jun 14, 2013 12:04 am

Hi everyone

Please advice me in this matter
I was on nqf level 7 course (ACCA)
Because i booked all my papers at once but if i would have booked 9 papers
my nqf level would be Level 5

i completed my 5 papers of ACCA i applied for a new application with different sponsor Of Nqf level 6.

But home office refused my application they said:

As my previous sponsor was of level 7, i cant go below the previous course level.
As i have not completed my previous nqf level 7 course
Which nqf level i can go with?
As i got the refusal on this matter can i go for judiciary review.?
What would be the expenses?
How long it takes?
Would it be successful?

Please advice meee.

After changes in Tier-4 rules, it's actually all about visa period, not qualification. Once you have granted visa on higher level course, you cannot go to the lower level, regardless you pass or fail or leave it incomplete as you have consumed the granted visa period.

I think you should apply rest of your ACCA papers but you still need progress.

Which Course?

Post by fbutt50 » Sun Jun 30, 2013 8:30 pm

hello members
my situation is little familiar with yours as i also want to know which course should i go for?
Actually i am in Acca from last 2 years but progress is not good as i passed only 3 papers in this time period and failed other 2 papers meanwhile my college got revocked now

1. can anyone tell me is it possible to take admission in university or college with work right.-

2. Should i follow up the same Acca course of previous sponsor or change to a different course of same level to a new sponsor. Is it ok to change course after going to new sposor?

thnx

If you book full 14 papers of ACCA and got visa for full period, and after spending that period you only clear 5 papers, this is not a good progress at all. But anyhow, if you manage to get Level 7 CAS with this, you can get visa, as you cannot go down to level 5/6 once you got visa and spent your time at level 7.

You can try BPP University College ACCA course. They offer full time ACCA course for international students with working rights.

You shoud continue with your ACCA but it's hard to get CAS now as you have very poor progress.
