Tribunal sent documents to the post. When will they receive?

Hi all,

I rang Tribunal and they sent the documents were sent on 11th of June. How long does it take for it to get to the post so I know when to start emailing the embassy?

Also the date I was given is 18 weeks but shouldnt it be 14 weeks as stated by ukba for Non-Settlement visa(Tier 2 Dependant Visa)? Can i question this?
