URGENT-Tier 2 General Sponser Required

Hi All,

I am currently working under Tier 2 ICT which eligible to switch to Tier 2 General.

I have got contract which pay £390 PD for 6 month but the agency need valid sponser visa to provide the offer and sponser who i apporached said thay can't provide COS/Visa until they get offer from consultancy.

And this offer will expiry with in 3 weeks time.I need help to find sponser who can provide me COS/Visa without offer to be signed with client.

Else Senior member please advice me on this situation.
