Hi all,

Actually I am filing t1e visa in 10days time vth team member. almost i got everything ready. once i see r12345 refusal reason 2 i got scared about my job title.

our's is a Recruitment Agency. 1135 Human resource managers and directors

my business partner job title is Human resource manager (this is in related job title its fine) but

my job title is Marketing Director (this title is related to 1132 Marekting and Sales director) both are in NQF level 6

my question: Is my job title is fine? or I need to change.
I put this job title in contract papers and bank letters and website. all most everywhere.
could all experts please help me here.

Your role seems to be administrative in Recruitment Agency's business which is not acceptable by UKBA.

The main thing is what your contract says in services section. If your contract with client states your services which directly relate to your occupation and core business activities then it could be OK.

Relate it to your UK master's. I have mentioned as Business Development Manager as I have done my MBA and my other partner stated as Marketing and Sales Director. Make sure it's on the website in the contacts section.
