Student trying to bring wife as EEA family permit

Hello, please help, a friend of my is trying to bring his wife as a EEA family permit, he has been in UK for 5 year with a EU passport and he is a student. Please what kind of Supporting documents do he need in this case?
has any one gone through this process before, Please Help

@OP, would the friend happen to be you? It's just that you've been asking similar questions in multiple posts.

The answer to your question is evidence that the EU national is a student and hold CSI.

Please could you tell me why the CSI is needed, he is register with NHS already (that is for himself).
