Opening a Franchise

i am sure this question has been asked many times . I got my visa (psw to entrepreneur 50 k ) and i am planning to run a franchise business. As it clearly says in the guidelines that points will b awarded when some1 runs a franchise business . Initially my plan was to open up a subway franchise but some ppl say it doesn't fall into nqf 4 level ,or a post office which was on the old soc code list and was a NQF-4 business but in new list i can't see it anywhere.
My question is can we still open and run a franchise business and is it ok when we go for extension .I am very confused about it . Time is flying like crazy i have to make a decision . Advice will be appreciated
