Dependent Visa

Hi ,

Can someone help me please . I have applied for ILR on 10 years long residence basis , When I will get my ILR , Is there any time limit for my wife to apply for visa on FLR(M) form or she can stay on her current visa till that expires ??? However my wife has tier 1 general dependent visa that will expire in 2015 .
