SIA[security industry authority] Renewal -Tier1 Ent- Appeal

My visa is expired, i am waiting for hearing of appeal of Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa. For the time being, i am doing security job. I want to know that my security license would expire soon and if i apply for renewal of SIA then what are chances SIA renew my license?. Have anybody gone into same circumstances?.

If you provide them home office reference number then you will be fine. It happened with me last year and I provided them the reference number.

Hi Momi, if you don’t mind Can i ask you which visa are you now?. When you given details to SIA for renewal , were you switiching from psw to tier1 entrepreneur?.

I'm on PSW but intending to apply for tier 1 ent in near future. My visa was expired last year and it was in process and within the process time I received a letter from Sia that they are going to revoke my licence as I don't have a valid visa. I spoken them on the phone and provided them a copy of home office letter through post. So I would say if you speak them on the phone then they can advice you much better. They are very helpful.
